What you'll need
Have these ready and the application takes around 10 minutes.
- Be aged 18 or over
- Your own vehicle (car, van, motorbike or bicycle) and its registration
- Valid business / vehicle insurance document
- Photo ID (passport, driving licence or proof of age card)
- Proof of address
- Right to work in the UK (and permit, if required)
- National Insurance number
How it works
From sign-up to your first job
Create your driver account
Tap 'Apply to drive', choose Driver, and enter your name, email, phone and a password. Read and accept the Terms & Conditions.
Complete your application
Add your date of birth, vehicle, insurance, photo ID, proof of address and right-to-work details, then submit. Our team reviews every application.
Browse the job marketplace
Once approved, your dashboard lists available collections and deliveries with the laundry, address, time slot, distance and fee. Tap 'Accept job' to take one.
Complete the job step by step
Your accepted jobs appear under 'My jobs'. Tap 'Arrived' and take a photo, mark the laundry collected, then mark it delivered.
Track your completed jobs
See every finished job and your earnings under 'Done'. Payment for each job is made by the laundry you worked for.
